A website for booking bulky waste collection, now used across Međimurje instead of the traditional booking methods (leaflet, phone call, email). The user enters the payment reference number from their bill and is looked up in the database by that number, ticks which types of waste they need collected, and receives the collection date - plus a notice about the fee if it is not their first booking that year. A confirmation email and PDF are sent afterwards.
